If this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, then the dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, WA, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

These Terms, together with any policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nibble & Wag regarding your use of the Site and supersede prior agreements or understandings on that subject.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
