Refund Policy

At Nibble & Wag, we want you to feel confident trying our products. If something is not right with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Returns and Refunds

Because our products are pet food, we generally do not accept returns of opened food products for safety and quality reasons. However, we may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit in eligible situations described below.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@nibbleandwag.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we may offer, at our discretion:

  • a replacement
  • a refund to your original payment method
If Your Pet Does Not Like the Product

We understand every pet is different. If you are not satisfied with your first purchase of a Nibble & Wag product from our website, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@nibbleandwag.com.

For first-time purchases only, we may offer, in our discretion:

  • store credit
  • a replacement
  • a refund

We may ask for details about your experience, including photos, batch information, or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • opened pet food products
  • partially used products, except as expressly covered above
  • products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked non-returnable
  • gift cards
Unopened Items

If you wish to return an unopened, unused product purchased directly from our website, contact us within 14 days of delivery. If we approve the return, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

Unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Subscription Orders

If you are enrolled in a subscription or auto-ship program, you must cancel or modify your order before the processing deadline shown in your account or reminder notice. Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it is subject to this Refund Policy.

Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method unless otherwise stated. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where the refund is due to our error or a damaged or incorrect item.

Unauthorized Resellers

Nibble & Wag products purchased from unauthorized sellers, marketplaces, or third parties are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or our satisfaction guarantee.
