When Offleash’d CEO & Co-Founder Terry James and Dog & Whistle CEO & Founder Eric Adams came together to build Nibble & Wag, they shared one clear vision: make pet parenthood more accessible by removing one of its biggest barriers — affordable, nutritious food.
United by their passion for pets, community, and sustainability, they had both witnessed how rising pet food costs prevented families from welcoming dogs into their homes or consistently providing quality nutrition. They knew something needed to change — not just for pets, but for the people who love them.
With the addition of Chief Operating Officer Jeff Brown, bringing operational expertise, and trusted veterinary guidance shaping every recipe, Nibble & Wag was built on innovation, responsibility, and care. Every meal is thoughtfully crafted to be wholesome, transparent, sustainable, and accessible to more pet families.

As Founder and CEO of Nibble and Wag, Terry brings a passion for building communities, improving access to the pet community and creating meaningful connections between pets and their people to lead Nibble and Wag. With extensive background in Executive Leadership, Technology and Brand Development, he’s focused on making Nibble and Wag a trusted and affordable pet food brand for pet parents. Terry also serves as Co-Founder and CEO of Offleash’d, Inc.
